Members under 18 years of age must obtain authorisation from a parent or guardian before becoming a member and must provide an e-mail address which is approved by their parent or guardian as a condition for entry.
We reserve the right to edit or remove messages or materials submitted by you. The Secret Forest does not accept responsibility for lost, damaged or illegal registration details.
The content on this website may be used by you in the following non-commercial manner; for personal, school based, club or group organisation use as provided for in these Terms of Use, but may not be taken out of context or presented in a misleading or discriminatory manner.

Competitions:
The Secret Forest does not accept responsibility for lost, damaged or illegal competition entries.
Competition participants who win a prize will receive confirmation that he/she has won a prize via e-mail. The winner must reply to that email within 72 hours of The Secret Forest sending it. If no response is received within 72 hours, The Secret Forest reserves the right to select another winner and The Secret Forest shall have no liability in respect of the entry initially selected. Secret Forest’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entrants accept that if they win, the Secret Forest will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name, school or group organisation, their suburb and county address for the purposes of announcing the winner of this competition and they may be required to participate in post-event publicity.
Competition winners who receive a prize will have their name appear on the competition page.
Prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternative is available for the prizes and The Secret Forest will not be liable for any delay or cancellation of any part of the prize. In the unlikely event that the prize should become unavailable, the Secret Forest reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value.
This Site is owned and operated by the Secret Forest and its affiliates and subsidiaries. No material from the Site or any web site owned, operated, licensed or controlled by the Secret Forest may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, except that you may download materials for your non-commercial, personal, home, school, club or organisation use, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.
