Everyone in the Secret Forest seems to be telling lots of jokes lately and having some great laughs, so I thought I would share some of my riddles with you, hope you like them dudes!

Riddle 1:
I don’t have lungs or a chest but I need air. I am not alive but I grow. I don’t have a mouth and I don’t like water. What am I?

Riddle 2:
A cowboy rode into town on Friday. He stayed two nights then left on Friday. How could that be?

Riddle 3:
What never gets any wetter, no matter how much it rains?

Riddle 4:
I am found in the sea and on the land but I don’t walk or swim. I travel by foot but I am toeless. I’m never far from home. What am I?

Building a cupboard for my instruments

I am trying to build a awesome really BIG cupboard for all my music instruments. At the moment they are spread around my home – everywhere! I nearly broke my guitar yesterday, I slipped on my drum stick (yep, it was on the floor) and then went flying across the room and fell on top of my guitar. I now have a big bruise on the side of my arm, so I think it is time to sort my gear out. I have never built anything before, I reckon it will be super cool to give it a go!

I need your help? We haven’t heard from Pirate Pete since he left on his adventure to Iceland! Pete’s boat is pretty slow, it’s a REALLY old pirate boat, but still I thought he would have arrived by now.

Does anyone know how long it would take to sail in a boat from the top of Australia (that’s where the Secret Forest) to Iceland? If you know click on reply at the top of the page on the right hand side and send me a message, thanks dudes!

Party Time

It’s going to be Windermere’s birthday in March and I was looking at the party page of our Secret Forest website for ideas. I thought it would be pretty cool to use one of the Stick the….game sheets for the party.

The Stick it on games are really cool, they’re like “pin the tail on the donkey” except you get to stick stuff on one of us, the Secret Forest Folk! If you’re having a party you can print out the one you like, it will be crazy fun!

The Midlets (you know the guys from the Secret Forest mini world), want me to teach them about music, sounds like a pretty cool idea to me…. I told them before we get started to try out my Music test and have a go my groove to the beat song.

Man, that was a super cool Christmas party! The food was unbelievable, I just kept eating and eating! I know I shouldn’t have had that fourth piece of Christmas cake, my stomach felt like it was going to explode…but that cake was the best Christmas cake I have ever tasted. I’m starting to get hungry just thinking about it!

Thankfully I was able to burn off the food with heaps of dancing; after lunch everyone was keen to hit the forest dance floor and the party got into a real swing. It was hilarious watching Windermere try out my hip hop moves (he’s not bad for an old guy!). Pete had been practicing his moves all month and he looked awesome.

Yep I definitely love Christmas time!

Well the sun has just come up in the Secret Forest and the day is looking mighty fine. I’ve just had toast with vegemite and a mango for breakfast. Mangos are now in season here in the tropics and I have a real craving for them, I especially like bowen mangos! I’m helping Pete fix his boat this morning, we are going to crank up some tunes and inbetween ‘working’ I’m going to show Pete some of my new hip hop moves, it should be a blast!
